Run day-to-day execution on our interior sites in Hyderabad, keeping carpentry, electrical, civil and finishing work on schedule and true to the approved drawings.

The role
Every home we build runs to a week-by-week schedule shared with the client. As a site supervisor, you make that schedule real on the ground, across one or more live sites in Hyderabad.
What you will do
Check measurements
Check site measurements against the approved drawings before work begins.
Coordinate trades
Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, false ceiling, painting and civil teams on site.
Track progress
Track daily progress against the project schedule and flag delays early to the project manager.
Receive materials
Receive and check modular deliveries and materials, and record any damage.
Check quality
Check quality at each stage, so the work matches the drawings and specifications.
Run a safe site
Keep sites safe, clean and in line with society rules.
Close snags
Prepare snag lists at handover and follow every item through to closure.
Report progress
Share site photos and progress updates for client reports, including for NRI clients.
What we look for
- 3 to 6 years supervising residential interior sites, ideally premium apartments or villas.
- Good knowledge of modular and on-site carpentry, electrical, false ceiling and finishing work.
- Able to read interior drawings and take accurate measurements.
- Organised, firm on timelines, and respectful with workers and clients.
- Comfortable moving between sites across Hyderabad.
- A diploma or a graduate degree, at minimum.
