Senior Interior Designer
Lead the design of premium apartments and villas in Hyderabad, from the first client meeting to Design Freeze, and stay with each home until handover.
- Experience
- 5 to 8 years
- Qualification
- B.Arch or M.Arch
- Location
- Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
- Type
- Full-time
The role
You will own a set of client homes from the first brief to Design Freeze, and work with our execution team until each home is handed over. Most of our projects are turnkey villas and premium apartments, many for NRI families, so clear communication matters as much as good design.
What you will do
Meet clients
Run discovery meetings with clients on site, at our Banjara Hills Experience Centre, or on video for NRI clients.
Plan the space
Develop space plans, concept directions and mood boards, then take the chosen direction through design development.
Bring it to life in 3D
Create or guide 3D views and take the client through up to three revision rounds to Design Freeze.
Detail it
Prepare working drawings, material and finish selections, and the BOQ with our QS team.
Choose materials
Lead material selection sessions with clients at the Experience Centre.
Stay till handover
Hand over clear drawings to the execution team, visit sites, and resolve design questions during execution.
Lead juniors
Guide and review the work of junior designers.
What we look for
- 5 to 8 years in residential interior design, with completed premium apartment or villa projects you can show.
- B.Arch or M.Arch, at minimum.
- Strong space planning, detailing and material knowledge, including modular kitchens and wardrobes.
- Good command of AutoCAD and SketchUp. 3ds Max or another rendering tool is a plus.
- Confidence with clients: you can explain a design decision and a cost trade-off in plain words.
